At Label, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning items and requesting refunds. By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to this policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if it meets the following criteria:
* The item is defective, damaged, or expired at the time of delivery.
* The item delivered does not match your order (e.g., incorrect product or quantity).
* The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order details, including the order number and reason for return.
3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Important: Returns will only be accepted after approval from our support team.

3. Conditions for Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
* If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: A full refund, including shipping charges, will be provided.
* If the item is returned for any other valid reason: Refunds will exclude the original shipping charges.
Refunds will be processed within  5-10 business days after the return is approved.

4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative refund method will be discussed.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
* Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.
* Products that have been used, opened, or are missing original packaging and labels.

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you may initiate a return after delivery. To cancel your order, contact us at label@prixo.co.in.

7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
